We have identified the following policies and strategy plans in place on sustainable tourism that are relevant to this indicator -

Strategic Framework for Tourism 2010 – 2020 - Several partners have been recognised in the Framework, which includes National Parks England and England’s National Park Authorities, who are key in the delivery of sustainable economic growth in the visitor economy.

Tourism Sector Deal - Sustainable development plans will form part of proposed Tourism Zones in England.

The Welsh Government Strategy for Tourism 2020 – 2025 - The strategy aims to grow tourism in a sustainable way and to make an increasing contribution to the economic, social and environmental well-being of Wales.

Partnership for Growth - Strategy for Tourism 2013-2020, Strategy Progress Review - Reviews progress meeting the tourism strategy priorities and summarises issues affecting tourism.

Tourism Scotland 2020 - In tandem with shaping a better quality visitor experience, the strategy also seeks to build a more sustainable industry in Scotland.

A Review of the 2020 Strategy Tourism Scotland - The review focuses on four areas - performance review, progress and delivery, collective impact and key learnings.
